New Beginnings




Oh how I love January. Actually I have a love hate relationship with the month. I love it because it motivates me to set goals and to actually accomplish something and its a great time to take a step back and evaluate yourself. I have decided to pick up the Piano again, no not physically, that's insane. I went out and bought the Twilight score and the Pride and Prejudice score. So far I have learned the first 2 pages of Pride and Prejudice. I bought the easy piano version because I have seen the original piece and let me just tell you there are way to many flats and sharps in one measure. I refocused myself to work hard at the gym and to actually spend my time wisely. I hate January because everyone makes new years resolutions. I went to the gym yesterday and there was no where to park, once I got inside there was not a single treadmill free and all the weights and machines were being used. Come on people! Get out of my gym! Okay I know its not really MY gym, but I wish it was. I hate it when the gym is packed and most of the people there don't have a clue what they are doing and they just end up CAMPING on the treadmill or the weights. If you are a camper at the gym you better think twice about staying any longer. I mean okay, good for you that you are going to the gym to try and shape up and CHANGE something, but honestly, lets think about this, you are probably not going to continue to go to the gym say in another month or so, which means you will be wasting your money. So, you should just call the gym and ask to cancel your membership. If you are really serious about it, I suggest you get some help so you don't waste your time or annoy some people like me. Sorry if this sounds a little rude, but I like the gym, when nobody is there. If people are there then I hate it, and that means i will spend less time there, which means I wont build any muscles. Hopefully next month things will change and all those people will go back to sleeping in or purchasing some work out videos. My favorite video so far is 30 DAY SHRED by JILLIAN MICHAELS. She is pretty much amazing. She is the trainer on the biggest loser, which is also pretty much amazing, Oh and BOB the trainer is my favorite. He is so hott right now. Kanani. I love your posts because it is like I am just here talking with you and I miss that because you are my blood and we have the Kanani connection. Good luck on the goals. I miss the gym. There are none here, but you just wait a couple of weeks. Everyone will loose focus on their goals soon enough, but not you my fighting stallion!
