Hello and welcome to the first segment of Throwback Wednesday where we will be highlighting the good old days of great music, dancing, and fashion. Our video today is from the TV show Soul Train. This is what I call dancing. If this show was still on I would probably have cable and watch it everyday, actually I just might sit on youtube and watch it. I realized people don't know how to dance anymore, myself included. Don't forget to check out the outfits. Don't we all wish we could rock outfits like that. I have to give a shout out to my mom and her family. This video reminds me of them. My aunties still dance like this, its classic.

Saweet! Do you think if we started now we could dance like them for the talents next Christmas? However I don't think Kyle would appreciate me shakin' like those girls ;)
Oh and you could totally pull off some of those outfits, I even saw one for Ryan :)
Earth Wind and Fire....one of my all time favorites! Throw back Wednesday is a groovy idea!
