Rave Run

Today was a long and stressful day. Every have one of those days were you feel like you are going to die from to much stress. Today was one of those days. Looking back at it, it wasn't even that stressful. I was so thankful when I got off work that it was a decent temperature outside, I own a good pair of running shoes, and I live close to Provo Canyon. The moment I got home I changed my clothes and head out to tackle the pavement. It was refreshing. I started running at 5pm, my goal was just to run until my feet hurt. I didn't get back to my car until about 6:15. I let everything that I was feeling inside be released into the atmosphere, and boy did it feel good. This is when running becomes my best friend. I decided that I should run up the canyon more often, but start earlier in the day so that I'm not running through a winding, secluded, and deserted trail. There was times I could have sworn something was in the bushes. Regardless, the run was amazing. Thank you endorphins.
PS. I did tell my roommates what I was wearing, what I was doing, and if I didn't come home tonight to send a search party. Although while I was running I realized I didn't tell anyone exactly where I was running. I had just said I will be running in the mountains.

Yep. Swhy I do it almost ever day. Just think how much more you'll want to work out when you have a too small house full of childrens. Yet, I suppose work and stuff can be just as tough. Just a different kind of tough!
Do it to it!

I used to run when I would crash into cars to release the stress. You can imagine, considering my history, that those earlier days in Provo working for your dad is where I started really being able to get out a good run!
