Con- Harder to grocery shop
Con- I run the risk of not getting enough vitamins and minerals
Con- My body is cleansing so my face is breaking out
Probably the thing I hate the most right now is the cleansing. I just wish my body would be cleansed and I can start clearing. So far I have really enjoyed this 12 day journey. I'm leaning more toward staying on it as a permanent life change, but another part was to run to Tucanos. The lunch that I had made last night wasn't horrilbe....but I wouldn't make it or eat it again. I have some left overs and I have a feeling I won't eat it again. For dinner I made my own little creation. I put rice and a mixture of vegetables (i was going for colors so everything was really random) in a pot and turned it on medium. In a blender I added cilantro, ginger, honey, salt and Pepper, and water. I poured the sauce in the pot and let it simmer and the honey create a glaze. I ate it with corn tortillas and spinach. The rice mixture was good, however the corn tortilla combo not so much. I was very pleased with tonight's dinner. Tomorrow I want to attempt to make a dessert that they have online. Hopefully I get around to it. I have been craving something lately.
