Weekend Review


Sorry I didn't keep all of you following my blog up to date on my progress over the weekend. I found it hard to blog. I guess I should have gone to bed before 5 am and woken up before 10 am. Lets just say I had a really fun weekend. I was really worried to start the weekend, well because if your life me, you like to binge on the weekend. This week however there was no binging for me! I kept to my food plan and was hardly tempted. I did have some ice cream on Friday with my friends, but it was only a little bit, not even close to what I would usually have. I also had a little piece of yogurt yumminess my sister in law made on Sunday, but again, I had one piece as opposed to the usually 2...maybe 3. Yes, I'm guilty, Sundays are my binge day. I stuck to my leftovers and ate anything green and brown I could find. I have noticed that when I don't get enough food I have really bad headaches. I have to eat every 4 hours and make sure I have a full complete meal each time, which means I need to make sure I have my staple foods and plenty of vegetables or fruit. Today I had leftovers, again. I was smart and made my lunch today so that I will have something to eat at work tomorrow. I hope it taste's good. I just cooked some wheat noodles and steamed/sauteed some vegetables. I used rice vinegar this time. I just hope that I will enjoy my lunch tomorrow. I haven't been tempted to much nor have I found it hard to stick to my meal plans. Yesterday however, I woke up to store bought almond poppy seed muffins. I can just imagine those moist and taste full muffins full of calories and oils and ew. I know how it tastes, but oddly I know how it will probably make me feel after I have consumed it. Just out of curiosity, I almost ate one to find out. Maybe on my next "binge" day I will indulge in its goodness. So, in conclusion, today is 8, I have 4 more days to go, I have mostly enjoyed my experience so far, I think I just may make a lifetime change.
